Welcome to the Privacy Policy of ILUMA, Inc. (“ILUMA”, “we”, “us”, “our”). This Privacy Policy covers the practices and procedures ILUMA uses for collecting, using and disclosing information related to users of ILUMA products and services (“you”, “your”, or the “User”). ILUMA products and services (hereinafter: the “Service” or “Services”) are accessed by Users through our website: www.getiluma.ai, and through our web app: app.getiluma.ai.
The privacy and security of your personal information is of the utmost importance to ILUMA. By using the Services, you accept the practices set forth in this Privacy Policy. Please read it carefully before using the Services. If you do not agree to this Privacy Policy, you may not access or otherwise use the Services.

The Information We Collect
When you register to use the Services, communicate with a member of our ILUMA team, or send us an email, you’re giving us information (“Personal Information”) that we collect. That Personal Information may include your IP address, name, physical address, email address, phone number, credit card information, and other details like gender, occupation, and other demographic information. By giving us this information, you consent to your information being collected, used, disclosed, and stored by us, only as described in our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

ILUMA collects Personal Information from Users that is accessible through any of its third-party integrations, such as but not limited to: Slack, Zoom, or Google. The type of data collected includes platform username, first name, last name, email address, and professional title. Personal Information of other users of those platforms, specifically username, first name and last name, may be collected in order to provide more details regarding the insights and analytics that ILUMA AI provides to its Users, such as employees involved in team discussions on public, company-wide platforms, or employee engagement analytics inside the ILUMA dashboard on the ILUMA web app. All ILUMA data, and by extension, all User data, is managed and hosted by Amazon Web Services with encryption at-rest and in-transit following Amazon Security guidelines and best practices.
2. User Personal Information
User Personal information is only stored for the duration of time that the User engages with the Services, or until the User requests the deletion or transfer of their data, which can be done by contacting support@getiluma.ai (refer to section 5 of this Policy). ILUMA will only store User Personal Information for as long as is necessary for the purpose of maintaining the User's ILUMA account or as long as there are any applicable legal retention obligations. After the respective processing purpose ceases to apply and the retention obligations end, User Personal Information will be routinely deleted.
3. Account Information
ILUMA receives and stores the information you provide when you use the Services. For example, we collect information when you: provide information to sign up for an account with the Services; provide information in your Account Profile; login and operate your account within the Services; or communicate with us by email for any purpose. We may get information about how and when you use the Services. This information may include your IP address, time, date, browser used, and actions taken by you within the application. All this information is stored for the duration of your usage of the Services, or upon your request for data deletion.
4. Use and Disclosure of Your Information
We may use and disclose your Personal Information only as follows:
To promote use of our Services. For example, if you leave your Personal Information when you visit our website and don’t sign up for any of the Services, we may send you an email asking whether you want to sign up. And if you use any of our Services, and we think you might benefit from using another Service we offer, we may send you an email telling you about it.

To bill and collect money owed to us. This includes sending you emails, invoices, receipts, notices of delinquency, and alerting you if we need a different credit card number. We use third parties for secure credit card transaction processing, and we send billing information to those third parties to process your orders and credit card payments.

To send you informational and promotional content that you may choose (or “opt in”) to receive. You can stop receiving our promotional emails by following the unsubscribe instructions included in every email.
5. Request for Data Transfer or Removal
ILUMA will delete or transfer a User’s data at the request of that individual. To request to have your data deleted or transferred, email support@getiluma.ai. Data requested to be deleted or transferred will be carried out within 24 business hours.
6. Notice of Breach of Security
Nobody’s safe from hackers. In the event that a security breach causes an unauthorized intrusion into our system that materially affects you, then ILUMA will notify you as soon as possible and later report the action we took in response.
7. Business Practices and Transfers
As our business evolves and our practices change, we will continue to update this Privacy Policy. We may periodically notify users of changes in our policies and you should check our Service frequently for any changes. Your continued use of the Service is considered assent to any such changes.
Additionally, as our business continues to grow, we may acquire or sell a business. We reserve the right to transfer customer information in connection with such a transaction, but such information remains subject to the provisions of any pre-existing Privacy Policy. In the event that ILUMA or substantially all of its assets are acquired, customer information may be one of the transferred assets.
8. Cookies
When you register to use ILUMA, we store “cookies,” which are strings of code, on your computer. We use those cookies to collect information about when you visit our Website, when you use the Services, your browser type and version, your operating system, and other similar information. You may turn off cookies that have been placed on your computer by following the instructions on your browser, but if you block our cookies, it may be more difficult (and maybe even impossible) to use the Services. When you play one of the videos on the Website, the Flash player may use local shared objects, which are also called Flash cookies. We don’t use these Flash cookies for anything, but we can’t stop the player from dropping them.
9. Use by Children
We do not offer the Services for use by children and, therefore, we do not knowingly collect information from, and/or about children under the age of 18. If you are under the age of 18, do not provide any information to us without the involvement of a parent or a guardian. In the event that we become aware that you provided information in violation of applicable privacy laws, we reserve the right to delete it.
