Day-Of Event Coordinator

Rate: $25/hr

Hours: 9:00AM - 5:00PM

Date: Saturday, August 13th 


We are hosting an event for tech company founders on August 13th in Carmel Valley. We have 15 guests coming from San Francisco for a day trip with 2 scheduled activities (one outdoor activity and lunch). The event has already been organized by ILUMA's head of special events, and needs coordination on-site.  (More information on the event here).  


This could become a recurring job for various events held each year. 

Job Description

Before the Event:

- Plan and organize last minute details
- Create a day-of timeline
- Work on necessary follow-ups or adjustments
- Tie up loose ends and address any overlooked details
- Prepare souvenir bag 

- Be the point of contact for all attendees
- Execution of the already-made plans
- Take pictures & videos (no experience required)
